Architektur | Urbanistik The stair is an intervention to create a new understanding of resistance and memory. It creates a space for expositions that becomes an instrument for producing a new consciousness. It relates the existing urban enviroment and the symbols that can be found within this location. And therefore this construction becomes a tool of remembrance, understanding and communication. Allowing the people to step into the Morzinplatz and enjoy it, the building can be easily integrated into the public space of everyday’s life of the city of Vienna.
