In addition to its regular curricula, Kunstuniversität Linz has for many years been offering a varied and extraordinary study and adult education programme for children, young persons or adults with an interest in the arts and/or technical disciplines.
These courses and classes mostly derive from the initiative of individual staff members or the University management, from continuous demand on the part of artistic and economic institutions or from frequent requests made by the local population. Thus the programme is evidently the result of a great variety of different motives. As a consequence, many courses do not remain fixed but change often. The University Diploma Course for
Nude Drawing and the training of creativity for children, since 2010 centralized in a new and extended form as
KinderKreativUni, have for a long time been fixtures on the course calendar.
In any case, the courses and classes organised by Kunstuniversität Linz offer an ideal possibility to learn more about the University, deepen participants’ knowledge at a high academic level and benefit from the know-how of University of Art and Design Linz.
