ebenda no.1 is an interactive environment consisting of a red glowing organic object mounted within surveillanced space.
About a hundred light cells on the object display the visitors distance to other visitors in the exhibition space, based on mapped coordinates. As two visitors approach one another, the number of activated light cells increases, showing
the number of artificially-generated neighbours, so to speak. In this way they influence the predefined lighting system as contributing participants in the evolution of a hybrid society.
